*For the sale and purchase of a developer's first-hand property, we may act for both the buyer and the vendor. In this case, no commission is required from the buyer.
Grace Period for Commission Payment
We also provide our clients (property purchasers and renters) with a grace period of up to 7 days for commission payment after handover.
Please note: a 5% surcharge will be imposed for payments received beyond this 7-day grace period.
