1. How can I become an Oikos Ambassador?
You can simply fill out and submit the form to become an Oikos Ambassador by joining our Referral & Reward Programme. Everyone aged 18 or above is welcome to take part in it.
2. How can I receive a reward through the Referral & Reward Programme?
If you have used and paid for our services, you'll be eligible to receive a cash reward from us whenever you successfully refer a client to us. If you haven't used our services yet, you can also get the cash reward starting from your second successful referral. Please note: whether you are our client or not, you need to submit the form to join the programme.
3. What does 'successfully refer' mean?
A successful referral occurs when the client you refer to us has used our estate agent services, resulting in a completed transaction and the payment for our services.
4. What should I say when I refer my friends to use your estate agent services?
If you are our client, simply share your pleasant experience of using our services with your friends. A genuine story is the most powerful testimony! If you're not our client yet, you can simply share our service information and our Oikos Ambassador discount with them.
5. How do you know if I have referred a client to your company?
We will send you a unique Oikos Ambassador code, which represents your identity, via email after you submit the form to us. You can then share this code with your friends so they can present it (so we know it's from you) to enjoy the Oikos Ambassador discount when using our services.
6. When and how will I receive the cash reward?
We will contact you within 30 days after receiving a commission from the friend you referred to us. The cash reward will then be arranged shortly thereafter via e-cheque payment or bank transfer. Please note: if the bank account you provide us is not in Hong Kong, a handling fee will be charged by the bank for a telegraphic transfer. That means the actual cash reward you receive will be less than the stated amount.
7. Are there any other benefits of becoming an Oikos Ambassador?
As an Oikos Ambassador, you will receive updates on our services, privileges, and community activities. You may even receive perks from us like T-shirts, eco-friendly products, and other items, which you can then share with others and spread the 'oikos' message.
