Requirements:

• Hold a valid licence issued by the Estate Agents Authority with a clean record

• Possess at least 3 years of work experience as an estate agent in Hong Kong

• Adhere to good business practices and work independently

• Speak and write fluent Cantonese, with a reasonable level of English proficiency (Putonghua is a plus)

• Embrace a positive 'can-do' attitude and prioritise clients' interests
